I work exclusively with adults who have a history of trauma and who struggle with mood regulation, or a sense of disconnection from themselves. My approach is grounded in helping individuals reconnect with their center by cultivating self-awareness, emotional resilience, and compassion from the inside out.
In our work together, I help clients tune into their internal landscape: thoughts, emotions, physical sensations, and impulses. Rather than focusing solely on changing these experiences, I guide clients in learning how to shift their response to them, especially when they’re triggered. The goal is not to suppress what you feel, but to develop the capacity to stay grounded in your body and regulate your nervous system, creating more space for calm, clarity, and choice.
My approach integrates mindfulness, nervous system education, and somatic awareness with a focus on practical self-care. Together, we’ll focus on building a deeper connection to yourself, one that’s rooted in awareness, resilience, and meaningful self-care.
