Natalie Schmitz, LCSW is a licensed clinical social worker who works with teens (15+), adolescents, adults, couples, and families. She has a special interest in supporting individuals navigating grief and loss, trauma, chronic illness and pain, caregiver burnout, bipolar disorder, depression, anxiety, addiction, and adults who experienced abuse in childhood. 

Natalie takes an integrative, holistic approach to therapy that is client-centered, strengths-based, and collaborative. She draws from a range of evidence-based modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychoeducation, solution-focused therapy, psychodynamic perspectives, and narrative approaches, tailoring treatment to each client’s unique needs and goals. 

Natalie also brings lived experience with grief, trauma, chronic illness, and child abuse, which informs her deep empathy and understanding of the healing process. She considers it a privilege and sacred responsibility to walk alongside clients as they move toward greater healing, resilience, and meaning in their lives. 

Natalie is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW #64000) with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences.
